I also like to thank you for your sweet words...my friend means a lot to me and I hate it when our society puts you down for everything...the way you look, act or talk...I just hope she'll stay true to herself and never change to please anyone around her.

anyways, I'm glad you like the post and the picture...I just hope my fried got the message and start seeing life from a different perspective...I'm not against dieting or exercising as long as your doing it for the right reasons BEING HEALTHY.
Oh and the little exercise statue I still have it and love it...hahahahhaha...I was thinking of posting a picture of it...soon very soon.
